Prior to launching RetirementJobs.com, he served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Products at Salary.com, where he headed and helped popularize the division that makes compensation and career information available to millions of individuals, working with leading Internet e-recruiting brands. He also served on the firm's Board of Directors. Prior to Salary.com, Driver was a group director in Programming and Strategic Businesses units at AOL. He built consumer category offerings, including the AOL Careers Channel, that became leading destinations on the web. Driver's professional experience also includes management consulting with Accenture Consulting and producing live news programs for CNN. He is a Certified Compensation Professional.

As the President and CEO of Cision Group, Hans Gieskes brings a wealth of experience in leading high-profile business-to-business and consumer ventures. Before Cision Group, Gieskes served as the Chairman, CEO and President of Houghton Mifflin Company, a $1.3 billion publishing company. Prior to Houghton Mifflin, Gieskes served as President of Monster.com, the world's largest online recruitment site, where he was responsible for global operations. In addition, Gieskes has served as the President and CEO of Lexis-Nexis Group, and has worked for the parent company of Lexis-Nexis, Reed Elsevier, since 1979 holding senior executive positions in the company's UK and The Netherlands offices. He's a Dutch citizen, fluent in four languages and received a B.S. from the Netherlands Institute of Marketing in Amsterdam.
