Tim Driver, CEO
RetirementJobs.com was founded by entrepreneur Tim Driver, who has a successful track record starting and building media businesses. Prior to RetirementJobs.com, as SVP of Consumer Products, Driver headed and helped popularize the Salary.com division that leveled the playing field for employees by making compensation and career information available to millions of individuals. He also served on the firm's Board of Directors. Prior to Salary.com, Driver was a group director in Programming and Strategic Businesses units at AOL. He built consumer category offerings, including the AOL Careers Channel, that became leading web destinations. Driver writes career advice articles and has appeared in numerous national media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC and CNN. Driver's professional experience also includes management consulting with Accenture and producing programs for CNN. He is a Certified Compensation Professional.
Bill Coleman, Vice President of Research and Certification
Prior to RetirementJobs.com, Bill was SVP of Compensation at Salary.com where he also headed Corporate Development, acquiring six companies. Before Salary.com, Bill held management roles at Watson Wyatt and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a commentator on retirement planning and HR topics in outlets including: NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Forbes Magazine. Coleman has a mathematics degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.).

Jocelyn Talbot, Vice President of Sales
Jocelyn has spent more than 25 years in sales management, launching and growing successful sales and customer service organizations at leading companies such as Monster.com, 3M Company, and Wang Laboratories. During her ten year tenure as Sr. Vice President of Sales at Monster.com, Talbot was the driving force behind the unprecedented growth of the Inside Sales and Government Solutions Divisions.
