Tim Driver, CEO. RetirementJobs.com was founded by Tim Driver, who has two decades of media business management and content development experience. As Senior Vice President of Consumer Products, Driver headed and helped popularize the Salary.com division that makes compensation and career information available to millions of individuals, working with leading Internet e-recruiting brands. He also served on the firm's Board of Directors. Prior to Salary.com, Driver was a group director in Programming and Strategic Businesses units at AOL. He built consumer category offerings, including the AOL Careers Channel, that became leading destinations on the web. Driver writes career advice articles and has appeared in numerous national media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, MSNBC and CNN. Driver's professional experience also includes management consulting with Accenture Consulting and producing live news programs for CNN. He is a Certified Compensation Professional.

Bill COLEMAN, Vice President of Research and Certification. Bill is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Compensation Officer, Salary.com. He is one of the world’s leading experts on the design and administration of compensation and reward programs. Mr. Coleman has been a frequent commentator in the national and international media on topics of employment, compensation, corporate governance, and other human resource issues in media outlets including: NBC Nightly News, Fox News, Your World with Neal Cavuto, Lou Dobbs Tonight, Power Lunch, Squawk Box, The Today Show, Countdown with Keith Olbermann; as well as numerous interviews in print publications, including: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, Investor’s Business Daily, HR Executive, BusinessWeek, and Money Magazine. Coleman was a senior executive compensation consultant with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and the director of marketing and manager of special compensation and benefits projects at PricewaterhouseCoopers. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), he has a bachelor’s of science in mathematics. He is a Certified Compensation Professional, and a member of WorldatWork, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.

Kevin Strange, Vice President of Operations. Kevin is the former Vice President and co-founder of Net-Temps.com. Net-Temps is the leading job board for temporary, temp-to-perm and full time employment throughout the staffing industry. Since 1995, Net-Temps has ranked consistently among the top Internet job boards. Kevin pioneered many of the web solutions seen on employment sites today. He is also a leading expert on job advertising distribution and was responsible for building longstanding relationships with Yahoo!, Lycos, and AOL.

JOCELYN TALBOT, Vice President of Sales. Jocelyn has spent more than 25 years in sales management, launching and growing successful sales and customer service organizations at leading companies such as Monster.com, 3M Company, and Wang Laboratories. During her ten year tenure as Sr. Vice President of Sales at Monster.com, Talbot was the driving force behind the unprecedented growth of the Inside Sales and Government Solutions Divisions. Talbot is a frequent speaker at Business Development Forums and American Telemarketing Management Conferences.

Patrick Rafter, Vice President of Communications. Patrick has spent the past quarter-century directing award-winning communications initiatives in Boston; Washington, DC; Silicon Valley, and Europe. He's evangelized innovative internet services, tech products, healthcare, and consumer brands including Intel's Expound, Disney's toysmart.com, Autodesk's American Information Exchange and Aldus. Patrick has helped introduce innovations including desktop publishing, digital media, online social networks, and wireless communications. Board member of several organizations focused on innovation and entrepreneurship; Patrick is also active in fundraising/public affairs for patient advocacy, biotech and cancer research/treatments.
