Position Description: Commercial and Business Support Coordinator


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Commercial and Business Support Coordinator provides analytical
and project delivery support to the business, coordinating with
embedded, outsourced Finance and third party resources, to deliver
timely financial information and to support continuous effective
operations.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide analytical support to finance and the business
Coordinate business and external finance providers activities
Data extractions in support of Finance/Business in expert areas
Coordinate and manage support services requirements
Provide analytics in support of weekly volumetric inventory
forecasting for the Supply organization


REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from a fully
accredited College or University
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Ability to interpret and communicate financial information
Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities with a strong
track record of delivery
Ability to interpret business requirements
Ability to contribute effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Solid analytical, financial control, reporting and accounting skills
Expert skills in Excel and Access
Understanding how Finance processes and systems operate
Understands operations and cost accounting Prefer SAP Business
Warehouse skills
