The Regulatory Affairs Associate will maintain and enhance relationships with regulators and interface with business regarding regulatory affairs related to marketing materials. This individual will respond to inquiries, requests and actions by regulators, including complaints and requests for assistance. The Regulatory Affairs Associate is responsible for completing internal regulatory review and filings related to marketing materials. Will also handle other regulatory research, report generation, audits, corrective action plan oversight and review new laws/regulations/guidance. They are expected to analyze and resolve policy and regulatory issues to meet both business and regulatory requirements and to protect our reputation with customers.

Candidates who are within 6 months of graduation will be considered.

- Bachelor's degree
1years of experience in a experience in a regulatory/compliance role.
1years of experience with facility coding, compliance, or reimbursement.
Strongproblem solving and analytical skills.
Strongverbal and written communication skills.
