Looking for a great opportunity in the mortgage industry? Lending
institutions and loan servicing organizations are experiencing a
dramatic increase in the number of customers applying for new
mortgages or to refinance existing mortgages due to recent interest
rates drops. As a result, our clients are aggressively hiring
experienced loan processors, loss mitigation representatives,
collectors, closers, underwriters, and customer service
representatives for opportunities that start this month. As a loan
processor, you will perform all the duties of the mortgage loan
process, from application to submission for underwriting. Duties
include filing case load management, documentation retrieval, review
and coordination of loan closing, and the ordering of credit reports
and appraisals. Loan processors are responsible for ensuring loan
quality and providing strong customer service to both internal and
