Providence is calling aHospice Registered Nurse to Providence TrinityCare Hospice in Torrance CA.
We are seeking a Hospice Nurse to work with our TrinityCare Hospice IntakeTeam.
In this position you will:
  • The Intake Nurse, under the supervision of the Clinical Nurse Supervisor-Intake, acts as a contact for information and arrangement of all TrinityCare Hospice services from physicians, HMOs, discharge planners and other outside referral sources.
  • The Intake Nurse provides access for new patients to TrinityCare Hospice services.
