If you like working in a small office setting, and you are looking for an Administrative Assistant position, then we want to hear from you!  My client is looking for a part-time person to work 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). The hours each day will be 8:00-5:00, so it is an 8 hour work day. We are not looking for anyone who wants a part-time position while looking for a full-time job! This opening will not turn into a full-time position!  Job responsibilities include answering phones, inputting and updating lease documents, making travel arrangements, sorting mail, composing correspondence, and assisting with numerous projects. This is a busy office, so you must have a strong work ethic. Overtime is rare. Professional dress code and people. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady employment, but can't work full-time hours. You must have at least 4 years experience in an administrative assistant role, and a professional services background works best (legal, finance, commercial real estate, consulting, etc.).
