Job Summary: Coordinates patient's care encompassing standards of clinical nursing practice and Brighton Center for Recovery policies. Initiates written care plans, completes and/or reviews patient histories using knowledge of ASAM criteria, uses critical thinking and problem solving skills to facilitate safe and efficient operations on the patient care unit. Reviews and evaluates effectiveness of interventions toward patient outcomes, collaborates with other caregivers regarding discharge or patient transfers to appropriate level of care. Completes documentation in a timely manner.
