Job Summary: Part-time (32hrs), Monday-Friday4 shifts 8:00am-4:30pm,flexible days.

Provides assistance to Aviation Medical, Health Services Program Leads, and MRAS Managers on any clinical operational issues
Ensures that deliverables of compliance and operations of the EHW are on target and are successful
Responsible for all client communications on client deliverables
Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Contract Administrator or MRAS Managers of any problems that may arise
Works closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of contract status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the contract
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects and or programs have an outcome and can be measured
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team
Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Understanding of company resources and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the team
Reports to the Account administrator providing regular input on all account activity, including status and metrics on a weekly basis
