Our client is seeking successful accounts payable candidates with 1+
years of experience in Accounts Payable to assist a small team of
accountants. Candidates who possess solid communication,
organizational, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel along with related experience is
needed.

Duties include:
Preparing accruals and reconciling to the general ledger
Maintaining cash requirements schedules and accounts payable aging
analysis
Performing general ledger positing and monthly/year-end
reconciliations
Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
Entering, posting, and reconciling batches
Researching and resolving accounts payable issues with customers or
vendors
Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
Maintaining cash applications, reconciliations, and chargebacks.
