The Protective Asset Protection is currently seeking part time Verification Specialists. After a sale has been made by one of the Inside Sales Associates, the Verification specialist will continue the sale with the customer to verify pertinent information from the sale, and to receive verbal confirmation from the customer to process payment.

1. Verify important information to the customer after a sale has been made.

2. Receive verbal sale confirmation from the customer.

3. Ability to answer customer questions about the product.

4. The ability to use computers and various software programs.

5. Excellent listening skills

6. The ability to work in a cohesive team environment.

1. High school diploma required

2. Automotive knowledge and previous call center experience preferred.

3. Resilient personality with the ability to handle all types of call situations.
