Provides skilled nursing and patient education both telephonic and in the home according to Aleres policy and procedure. Experienced OB RNs can provide education, equipment instruction, nursing care, and care coordination to high risk OB patients in their homes. Individualize patients assessments based upon care/services provided and patient need. Candidate must be willing to travel in the following counties: Nassau and Suffolk.
