We are seeking effective instructorswho have high professional standards, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and a commitment in delivering student-centered education. -Organizes and prepares all course materials. -Sets clear expectations for the course objectives, assignment/examinations dates, and weight distribution of various evaluation categories. -Stimulate, engage, and communicate effectively with students to encourage participation and learning while maintaining positive classroom control and management. -Identify and refer at-risk students to academic support services for remediation and resolution. -Implements and adheres to all school policies and procedures, and to state/federal laws.

-Ensures course learning assessments and outcomes are delivered effectively as defined by the syllabus and certification guidelines.
