This position will provide high quality customer service by responding
to online requests and internal e-mails. In addition, the Account
Research Specialist researches and resolves problems and errors
including but not limited to missing and/or disputed payments and
advances, providing transaction copies and assisting internal
department with a multitude of account inquiries.
